Edwin Capulong, M.D., will join The Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Neuroscience & Rehabilitation Center, 770 W. High St., Suite 160 Lima.

Dr. Capulong received his Doctor of Medicine from St. Louis University-Philippines. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, and completed his Fellowship in Spine Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland.

Dr. Capulong is certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is  accepting new patients at 419-996-5224.

Bridge Home Health & Hospice, a division of Blanchard Valley Health System, will offer a six-session training course on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon. for prospective volunteers beginning on Tuesday, March 5. The training will be held in The Hub Conference Room at Birchaven Retirement Village, located at 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay. 

March 1 event is repeat of earlier Bluffton town hall concert

"Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter" will give a repeat performance of its recent tribute to the music of Joni Mitchell. The repeat performance is at 7 p.m., Friday, March 1, at Lima Art/Space, 65 Town Square, Lima. The performance has a $10 admission.

The group originally performed in the Bluffton town hall concert series in February.

The musicians include Wendy Chappell-Dick, vocal; Jeff Yoder, guitar; Lucas Harnish, keyboard and Dayton Fandray, bass.

The second annual Bluffton chili cook-off held Feb. 19 was a chili lover’s dream. Twelve different choice and all proceeds going to the Bluffton Community Assistance Program’s food pantry was the on the menu.
