The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)  seeking public comments regarding a project in Allen County.

Concrete Pavement and Ramp Repairs – This project proposes to make repairs to concrete pavement sections and ramps at the state Route 696 and U.S. Route 30 interchange approximately 0.5 miles east of the village of Beaverdam.

University alumni speak at Forum

Five Bluffton alumni will share their careers paths upon completing their liberal arts education during the 11 a.m. Forum in Bluffton’s Stutzman Lecture Hall located in Centennial Hall. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Beverly Steiner, 82, died Feb. 15, 2017, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles- Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Bluffton University women’s basketball team hit the interstate and took on the Earlham College Quakers in the final regular season road game of the year on Wednesday, Feb. 15. The Beavers took control in the second half and cruised to an 87-61 shellacking. The win pushes Bluffton to 20-4 overall and 14-3 in conference play. Earlham dropped to 2-22 on the season and 2-15 in the HCAC.

BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton took to the court to battle the visiting Earlham College Quakers on Wednesday, Feb. 15. The Beavers led from tip to horn, rolling to a 70-56 victory. A berth in the HCAC tournament is still a possibility for a  Bluffton squad that improved to 13-11 overall and 6-11 in the HCAC, while the visiting Quakers fell to 2-15 in the HCAC (6-18 overall).
