The library has two Beanstack reading challenges for October in conjunction with the Hispanic Heritage Month Challenge continuing through October 15.
Fall Into Reading and Hallow-Read both begin on October 1. Whatever your reading interest, there’s a challenge for you! We challenge our patrons to read during the month and keep track of their reading on our Beanstack site at http://blufftonpubliclibrary.beanstack.org. Happy reading, Bluffton!
Bluffton University will host an artist reception featuring Andreas Baumgartner ’08, Jim Fultz, T.R. Steiner and Philip Sugden from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 15, in the Grace Albrecht Gallery of Sauder Visual Arts Center. The event is part of Bluffton’s Homecoming and Alumni Weekend 2022 activities. The artists will share about their work and answer questions at 10:30 a.m.
The exhibit featuring their recent work is currently on display and will be open to the public through Oct. 15.
Some members of the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center aren't letting any grass grow under their feet. Between Coach Trips with Tonya and Bus Trips with Debbie, they are exploring a fair piece of North America.
