In my constant reading and search for more historical and sports knowledge, I came across an interesting bit of hoop history tied to Ada in a book I bought this spring.

Trinity Lutheran School, 105 Allen Street, Jenera, has three new teachers who were installed in the church service on Sunday, July 10. 

A virtual presentation of the Blanchard Valley Health System “Live & Learn” educational series will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, addressing the importance of annual exams for women. The presentation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. and can be viewed by tuning into the BVHS corporate Facebook page. 

Bowlus breaks meet record; 22 team records set

WAPAKONETA, Ohio – On July 8-9, 2022, the Bluffton Sardines were repeat performers bringing home the WOAL trophy for the second year in a row. Both the boys and the girls teams placed first out of eight teams in the 40th annual Elks Invitational Swim Meet Western Ohio Aquatics League Championship at the Wapakoneta Community Pool.

The Bluffton Sardines Swim Club won the team, boys, and girls competitions at the 40th annual Western Ohio Aquatic League championship meet Friday and Saturday, July 8 and 9, in the Wapakoneta Community Pool. Go HERE for details. PHOTO by Jamie Nygaard.
