Have you noticed some new Bluffton "residents" loitering along Main Street and Cherry? The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Scarecrow Decorating Contest that has enticed some 30 businesses to decorate the village's downtown area with a cast of curious characters.
The scarecrows and other three-dimensional decorations are attached to lamp posts along Main Street, as well as along storefronts and in store windows.

Mahlon M. Geiger, 88, of Pandora passed away on October 8, 2022. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.

A new, in-person opportunity to weigh in on these topics has been scheduled:

Bluffton Middle School Cafetorium
This is your chance to spend as little as 10 minutes engaging with topics that received the most attention in an online survey in July.
Multiple stations will be set up in the cafetorium with sticker polls, maps and the opportunity to contribute to lists of ideas and write comments.
