Council acts on several 2017 contracts on Monday
Bluffton council will act on four pieces of legislation at Monday evening meeting.
Council will:
• consider the second reading of a resolution allow a state bike route through Bluffton.
• consider the first reading of a resolution entering an agreement with Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District for 2017 cooperative park improvement grant funds.
• consider the first reading of a resolution entering an agreement with All Terra Inc., Gary Lugibihl Excavating and Beaverdam Contracting, Inc, for installation and excavation for water, sewer and storm pipe work in 2017.
• consider the first reading of a resolution accepting bids from Bluffton Stone Co./Bluffton Paving for asphalt material and application for 2017.
The entire Monday council packet is attached. It provides minutes from the Jan. 5, Bike and pedestrian Pathway Board, which continues to work on path projects in the village.
