Just when we thought we’d discovered every possible Bluffton in the Lower 48, Del and Susie Gratz showed us a brochure about Cedar Bluff State Park in Kansas.

What do you know. The park includes a “Bluffton Area.” There’s a photo to prove it.

Attached to this story is the Cedar Bluff State Park flyer, which includes a map, showing the Kansas “Bluffton Area.”

According to the flyer, the park is 13 miles south of Interstate 70, near a community called Wakeeney.

It straddles Cedar Bluff Reservoir with the Bluffton Area on the north shore and a site known as the Page Creek Rea on the south shore.

The Bluffton Area is the most developed and receives a lot of use and had two boat ramps to the reservoir and a fishing clean station.

The Kansas bluff puts the Ohio bluff to share. The Kansas bluff includes a 150-foot-tall area with cedar covering the limestone bluffs.
