School board will act on three-year OAPSE contract

School administrators to receive 2.9 percent salary increase

Bluffton school board will take action on Monday concerning several back-to-school matters.

In addition, the board will act on a three-year collective bargaining agreement with its Ohio Association Public School Employees (OAPSE) covering July 1 2021, through June 30, 2024.

The agenda also includes a 2.9 percent pay raise for Greg Denecker, Michael Minnig, Joshua Kauffman, Paula Parish and Marden Herr. The raises cover Aug. 1, 2021 through July 31, 2014.

Following the open session, the board will go in executive session for its annual evaluation of the school superintendent and treasurer.

The board will act on a transportation routing plan for 2021-22 with regular drivers:

The board will act on the resignation of Diana Kiser, teacher, effective immediately and will consider a one-year contract, (BA+15, Step 2) at $42,491 for Makayla Noble.
