A memorial service has been planned for Dorothy Balmer who passed away October 26, 2022. 

Dorothy’s service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 1, 2023 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Bluffton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
