The United Way of Greater Lima will hold the 7th annual Day of Caring on Friday, September 8 at 7:30 a.m. at the Ohio State University Lima, Cook Hall Gymnasium, 4240 Campus Drive, Lima, 45804.

Nearly 375 volunteers will come together to make an impact by volunteering at United Way partner agencies and other non-profits around Allen County.

The event kicks off the 2023 United Way campaign with the theme “Be a United Way HERO!”

The goal for this year’s campaign is $1.6 million.
