Hysterectomy, the surgical removal of the uterus, is one of the most common procedures performed in gynecology. It may be recommended for a variety of reasons, including uterine fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, chronic pelvic pain or gynecologic cancers. While traditional open surgery has long been the standard approach, advances in technology have introduced less invasive methods, with robotic-assisted surgery emerging as a preferred option for many patients and providers.

BLUFFTON__The upset-minded Bluffton High School girls basketball team led at halftime, but fell victim to a big second-half comeback by visiting Northwest Conference leader Columbus Grove and lost 43-34 to on Thursday, February 5.

The Pirates led 18-13 at halftime. But the Bulldogs came back to outscore Bluffton 30-16 after intermission to pull off the nine-point victory on the road. CG limited the Pirates to just five field goals in the second half.
