SANTA’S FIRE TRUCK
The Bluffton Fire Department is helping Santa get his sleigh ready for his annual trip around the world. While he is in town, Santa and the Bluffton Fire Department are coming to visit the library! Join us on Tue., Dec. 10 at 6:00 p.m. for a FREE night filled with reading, stories, and crafts. Register online, at the library front desk, or by call 419-358-5016 by December 9. Space is limited.

HOLIDAY DULCIMER MUSIC
The Riley Creek Strummers will be performing Holiday Dulcimer Music on Tue., Dec. 10 at 1:00 p.m. on the main floor of the Bluffton Public Library. Light refreshments provided by The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library.

NOON BOOK GROUP (R)
Meets Wed., Jan. 8, the group will discuss Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. Stop by the library front desk to register and pick up the book, and to receive email information on other exciting opportunities!   CONTINUES ▶︎

The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library is hosting a CO 90 Fused Glass workshop with Judith Greavu on Dec. 5. This fundraiser is a one session 3 hour class in creating an expressive glass pendant or medallion.

Multiple pieces of glass will be arranged, stacked and glued in preparation for kiln firing or fusing into one piece. It is suggested that participants base their designs on moods, feelings, or actions associated with a favorite book.

The following events and closures are scheduled for November 25-30 at the Bluffton Public Library:

Last day to bid on Holiday Gift Silent Auction items, all day

Library closing at 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, November 28

The Bluffton Public Library, 145 S. Main St., has a standing invitation for community members: "Utilize our display case to showcase your artwork, exhibit your collections, or display a cause. Show us what you collect, create, or are passionate about!"

For more information, visit the library or call 419-358-5016. Upon approval, you will be designated a month to display your items right next to the circulation desk.

Kids, teens, and families are invited to an Open Craft and Game Space on Tues., Nov. 26.  Enjoy the day, get creative, and play together! The library will provide all the materials.

Thanksgiving Holiday closure
Library will close at 5:30 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and remain closed Nov. 28-30. Regular hours resume on Mon., Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.
