LEXINGTON, Va. - The men's and women's track and field teams opened their outdoor season at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA in mixed weather conditions and to mixed fortunes.
BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University baseball team finally played their home debut and made it count, as they opened HCAC play with a 6-2 victory over Franklin College on Friday, Mar. 20. Bluffton used a stout seven-inning performance from senior hurler Nate Simonds (Ypsilanti, Mich./Lincoln) in the winning effort. The Beavers improved to 8-5 and 1-0 in conference play, while the Grizzlies fell to 5-6 and 0-1 in the conference.
Although he’s “still not very good at it,” Justin McRoberts says, learning to practice the Sabbath-keeping commandment “has been quite literally life-saving.”
Believers are commanded to remember the Sabbath as a reminder of the goodness of their lives and God-given gifts, McRoberts, a San Francisco Bay Area pastor and musician, told a Bluffton University audience March 17.
