During the last 12 months, the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) has welcomed 14 new members.
“Great networking and communication opportunities are our number one attraction and, in turn, our members provide fantastic support for our events and programs,” said Paula Scott, Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce CEO.
“And while the majority of our members are based in Bluffton, we have very active members from other communities including Arlington, Findlay, Lima, Ottawa and Pandora.”

Now, musicians from the community can help provide comfort and healing to patients and all those who enter the doors of Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center. It is all thanks to a donation from St. Rita’s Volunteer/Auxiliary Resources; a baby grand piano now resides in the lobby of the facility.
FROM ADA ICON - Two 1992 Ada High School classmates, Troy Erickson and Billy Watterson, using the name Ada Boyz Holdings, LLC, intend to develop a distillery with a bar and restaurant and a greenhouse for growing hemp on a site in the Ada industrial park, bordering State Route 81.
The intended land purchase required action in two special Ada meetings. First, Ada council, passed an ordinance on Oct. 17, transferring the property to the Ada Community Improvement Corp. (CIC). Next, CIC on Oct. 23 passed a motion entering a real estate agreement with Ada Boyz Holdings, LLC.
Citizens National Bank will host a series of free seminars featuring Robert J. Morgan, Senior Consultant with Austin Associates, LLC.
Local business owners are invited to hear Morgan present his economic forecast for 2020. He will discuss current market conditions and what he expects to see in regards to unemployment, housing and the challenges facing business owners in the upcoming year.
