Village Cut ‘N Curl, 212 Cherry St., Bluffton, now has three owners, according to Lynda Best.
The three are Best, Lori Steffen and Janis Badertscher. Lynda worked with Janis and Lori’s salon at Hair Quarters for three months following the May 2 flood, which closed Cut 'N Curl for remodeling.
According to Lynda, after working so well during that period, the three decided to become partners at the newly remodeled Village Cut 'N Curl.
A grand reopening is set for 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 3. Ron and Sue Epp of Bluffton own the building.

What will happen to my assets if I end up in a nursing home? What can I do to protect myself and my assets? What is long-term care insurance and how does it work? Will Medicaid get everything I’ve worked my entire life for?”
These are great questions, and the answers are different for everyone. There is no cookie-cutter approach to long-term care, whether self-funded or relying on Medicaid when your assets are depleted.
