Eikenbary Landscaping teamed up with Twisted Whisk Café to provide a free cup of coffee at the café on Monday, November 11 in honor of veterans.

Fire Chief Jon Kinn publicly thanked the public for showing their support in Bluffton’s Safety Services by passing the recent income tax levy. 

Kinn also informed chamber members of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which requires all businesses to disclose information about their owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). ▶︎

WBGU-PBS has featured Bluffton's Ten Thousand Villages shop on Scenic Stops & Stories, a series that features regional destinations. The current season features stops in Findlay, Bluffton, Toledo, Grand Rapids, Port Clinton, Columbus, Bryan, Waterville, Delta and Napoleon (Ohio).

Pandora Family Physicians, 202 Hilty Drive in Pandora, recently announced that Nicole Martin, CNP (Certified Nurse Practitioner) has joined the practice as a primary care provider and is taking new patients.

Martin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience treating patients of all ages. She conducts physical exams, diagnoses medical conditions, prescribes treatments, provides education and orders tests. She also has expertise in acute care.

Peanut brittle making and sales have begun for the 2024 holiday season at the Bluffton Senior Center, 132 N. Main St. The center sells the candy in one-pound bags for $10. It will be available until the last bag is sold.

The Senior Center has been making peanut brittle as a fundraiser for 50 years. This has been one of the biggest, most consistent fundraisers for the nonprofit organization. 

The Bluffton Area Chamber had 26 entries in the 2024 Scarecrow Decorating Contest. After 850+ votes, the winners are:

  • 1st: Samuel W. Diller, Law Offices with 628 votes
  • 2nd: Et Cetera Shop, with 165 votes
  • 3rd: GROB, with 137 votes

Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce members are invited to a networking event on Tuesday, October 29.
