The Hancock Historical Museum will host a farm-to-table dinner in the barn at Scarlet Oaks Estate, Findlay, at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 7.
The restored 1850s barn and surrounding countryside will offer the perfect setting for this ultimate dining experience. The five-course meal will be locally sourced and prepared by Chefs Jonah Agner and Nancy Corle-Agner, owners of The Food Store in Bluffton. A carefully selected wine pairing will accompany each course.
Bluffton Senior Center, 132 N. Main St., will have a craft supply sale later this week.

Open Thursday, Aug. 23, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 24, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 25, 9 a.m. to noon.
The Inn at ONU presents “Fearless ShenANYgans,” at 7:30 p.m., Wedneday, Aug. 29, in its series of summer programs.
The program is an evening of comedy improv in The Inn’s garden courtyard.
Reservations are required and seating is limited. Tickets are $25 and includes an appetizer and dessert buffet, tax, gratuity. Included in the buffet is sweet chili barbecue meatballs, spring rolls, bacon and cheese dip with house-made kettle chips, dessert kabobs and other items.

The Executive Director of North Central Ohio Waste Management, Dennis Baker, will talk about the future of recycling and how it will affect us, followed by a question and answer session.
