The Ohio Northern University observatory will hold two public viewing evenings in Feburary. Those event follow:
• Friday, Feb 9, 7-9 pm. – Public Event. "The International Space Station passes high"
• Friday, Feb 16, 8-10 pm. -- Public Event. "Starbirth: the Orion Nebula"
S.H.A.N.N.O.N. Service Club and the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center launch the 2018 Bluffton garage sale season in early March. There's even a chicken barbecue tossed in.

Ada invites Icon viewers to a Saturday midnight football drop that launches Super Bowl LII.
The second annual “Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival” on Saturday, Feb. 3, will celebrate the village of Ada’s connection to the biggest football game of the year.
Transition Bluffton will be hosting a game night at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20, on the third floor of the Bluffton town hall.
The event includes an evening of games, refreshments and socializing. Games and goodies will be provided, but persons may bring a favorite to share.

Pirate sports fans will want to attend the Friday, Feb. 2, Bluffton High School boys’ basketball game.
During the halftime of the varsity game will be a special cheer performance night involving several Bluffton first through fifth graders, according to Brianna Atkins, cheerleading coach.
The presentation will develop from a Feb. 1 cheer clinic led by BHS cheerleaders and coaches.
