-Officers responded to the 100 Block of Geiger St. in response to a report of damage being done to a resident's property. April 2
-A Quarry Dr. Business reported the theft of welding cables from the business. April 6
-Officers responded to a child custody dispute at the Elementary School playground. April 7

Public Docket- March 31, 2012 March 1
-Officers responded to an injury traffic crash in the parking lot of a SR 103 Business.
-A N. Lawn Ave. resident reported an unknown person assaulted him while he was outside of his residence checking on loud noises.
-A university student reported that an unknown person had stolen her purse and backpack.
-Two juveniles reported a man drove passed them on Vance St. and had his pants down and was exposing himself.
Several area fire departments responded to a late afternoon fire at 10100 Lincoln Highway on March 26. Departments and EMS included Bluffton, Beaverdam-Richland, Ada-Liberty and Lafayette-Jackson. Lincoln Highway was closed to traffic at Pevee Road and and other intersecting road.
Bluffton police continue to investigate possible leads in an incident that took place in Bluffton over the weekend. The Icon understands that it took place near the Main Street-College Avenue intersection.
"An 18-year-old male was walking along the sidewalk and was assaulted by an unidentified black male in his late teens or early 20s," Rick Skilliter, Bluffton police chief, informed The Icon. "We would encourage anyone who may have seen the incident happen to contact the police to provide additional leads for us to follow up."
