Jesse Blackburn, village administrator, announced that the village is accepting sealed bids on two of its properties. Each bid is a three-year farm cash lease.

Village council are receiving sealed bids for a 3-year farm cash lease for agricultural use at town hall, 154 N. Main St., P.O. Box 63, until 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27. The bids are for the following properties:

Temperatures ranged from a high of 52 to a low of 18 within a three-day span from Dec. 7 to 9, according to Guy Verhoff, U.S. weather observer in Pandora. Here are the highs and low readings in the seven day perios of Dec. 2-9.

The next aluminum can drop off will be Thursday, Dec. 12 from 7:30-8 a.m. at the Jackson Street entrance of Bluffton High School. 

Future drop off dates are Jan. 9, March 12, and day in May, which has yet to be decided.
