The Bluffton Area Relay for Hope is Friday, June 22, from 4 to 11:30 p.m. at Bluffton Family Recreation, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton.

This year's relay includes food, entertainment, pie auction, silent auction, raffle and other family-friendly events.

Postal patrons may place non-perishable food donations near their mailbox for pick up

Bluffton postal carrier will pick up non-perishable food donations in its "Stamp Out Hunger" drive on Saturday, May 12.

Postal patrons may place donations near their mailbox on Saturday. Donations in the  drive will assist the Bluffton Community Assistance Program's food pantry.

Garage sale shoppers and garage sale planners will be happy to know that the Bluffton-Ada Icon garage sale map is back on both Icons.

Just in time for that last-minute Mother's Day purchase

A changing of the guard will take place at the 47th annual Bluffton Arts and Crafts Festival on Saturday, May 12.

Vendor manager emeritus Jerry Burkholder is showing the ropes to incoming manager Lauren Canaday and Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Paula Scott.

“Jerry’s been part of the event for it’s entire history,” explains Scott, “so we feel confident and excited—and that we won’t really appreciate how it all comes together until after the show!”

Bluffton Pirate youth football camp registrations are being accepted for the Tuesday through Thursday, June 19-21 camp, according to Jeff Richards, BHS varsity football coach.

The camp is for first through sixth graders and takes place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Harmon Field. Cost is $30 per camper.

Boys' basketball camp registration is underway according to Todd Boblitt, BHS varsity basketball coach.

Camp is for first through eighth graders from Monday, June 4, to Thursday, June 7 in the BHS gym.

• First through fourth grade sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon
• Fifth through eighth grade sessions are from 1 to 3 p.m.

Cost is $30 per camper.
