The U14/15 Bluffton Pirates soccer team completed their regular season with a perfect 10-0 record. The Pirates scored 65 goals and only allowed 4. The team competed in the Northwest Ohio Youth Soccer League (NWOYSL) against teams from Bryan, Napoleon, Defiance, Liberty Center, Wauseon, Maumee and Toledo.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association Board of Directors met Thursday at the OHSAA office in Columbus for its regularly scheduled October meeting. The following are highlights from the meeting. The complete set of meeting minutes will be posted at OHSAA.org.
The Ohio High School Athletic Association released its weekly football computer ratings Tuesday, Oct. 16. The weekly computer ratings are released every Tuesday afternoon beginning after the fourth week of the season, leading up to the final report released on Sunday, Oct. 28. The top eight teams in each region will qualify for the regional quarterfinals.

Despite stifling the Central Catholic offense and leading after half, Lima Central Catholic eventually found their rhythm to defeated Bluffton High School 43-10 on Friday night in Lima.
LCC had the advantage in yardage at 440-140.
The scoring started off in the first with a 45-yard touchdown run by LCC, which ended up being the only score for the T-Birds in the half.
Robbie Stratton would pick off a pass in the first and took it 24 yards for a score to tie the game at seven.
