Last season, Bluffton traveled to Celina and built a 4-0 lead only to see it evaporate and leave town with a 5-5 tie in their match with Celina.  A similar outcome happened Saturday afternoon as the Pirates built a 3-1 lead with 15 minutes remaining but back to back goals by Bulldog Jim Aquino leveled the score at 3-3 which is how the game ended. 

The 5th Annual Quarry Farm Jam has been rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22, from 6 to 9 p.m., due to inclement weather on the originally-scheduled date. The Quarry Farm Nature Preserve & Conservation Farm, Pandora, hosts the organization's annual Jam for musicians and music enthusiasts.

Pandora Missionary Church will hold its second annual craft and vendor show on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, 300 Rocket Ridge, Pandora.

The event includes over 50 craft-vendors, Bubba C's BBQ, Shepherd's Kettle Corn, homemade ice cream, and face painting.

The Bluffton University women's golf team shot a 448 for the second consecutive day at the Heidelberg Fall Invite on Sunday, Sept. 16.
