The Bluffton Cattle Club met for their second meeting on April 15, 2018 at the Phillips house. All members were present. Community Service project ideas were talked about, but nothing was decided on.

Grace Myers gave a health report on tooth brushing. Landon Sehlhorst gave a safety report on bike safety. Hudson gave his demonstration on the by-products of the beef animal.

The entire club did our Quality Assurance training.

The meeting ended with delicious cupcakes and popcorn.

And, while we are at it, here's what you can and can't recycle

Ever wondered where your refuse and recycling goes?

Republic Services is Bluffton’s refuse and recycling provider. It is a large-scale, nationwide company, with a local team based in Lima. Republic Services collects and recycles over five million tons of material annually. It also serves Ada, Lima, Ottawa and Carey, among other area villages. The village of Bluffton has contracted its services until 2019, when the contact is up for renewal.

When your refuse is collected from your curb, it goes to a landfill in Carey.
