The Inn at ONU, 401 W. College Ave., Ada, presents an evening of Craft Beer and BBQ on Thursday, July 19, at 5:30 p.m.
The event takes place in the garden courtyard (weather permitting). Five craft beer samplings from Fat Head’s Brewing along with great food will be served.
The event features guest speaker Downtown Danny from Fat Head’s Brewing, live music yard games and much more.

Bluffton has an excellent and growing network of bike/pedestrian paths. Transition Bluffton is presenting a group bike ride around the paths to help people learn about the network.
The Swiss Community Historial Society opens the Schumacher Homestead to the public Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. Visitors to the Schumacher Homestead, 8350 Bixel Road, Bluffton, will learn what it was like to be an early Swiss settler in the Bluffton-Pandora area.
Swiss Community Historical Society docents can tell you all about the homestead and the generations of the Schumacher family who lived there. You can explore the house from attic to cellar.
Riley Creek Arbor is sponsoring free pool admission for the first 200 people at the Bluffton Community Pool from noon – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 16.
Riley Creek Arbor of Gleaner Life Insurance Society regularly supports the local community through monetary and volunteer efforts. The Arbor consists of members from Bluffton, Lima, and surrounding communities.

She also enjoys fiddling with Bluffton string musicians. And, no matter the season, she’ll pick up her bow.
One of her summer traditions is playing with students, just to keep them in tune, so to speak, with their instruments.
This summer is no different. String students meet in the school on Wednesdays by age group. Then, after lunch, things get serious, or light-hearted, depending upon your musical perspective.
