Several artists with Bluffton connections were winners or had works accepted in the Spring Show at ArtSpace/Lima, 65-67 Town Square.
The show is open through June 3 in The Ellen Nelson Gallery of Artspace, according to Bill Sullivan, director.

Bluffton resident John-David Yoder (right) discusses a student engineering project with Eric Baumgartner during a senior design showcase at ONU.
Dr. Yoder, chair of the mechanical engineering department, has been appointed dean of the ONU engineering college.

Wednesday, May 3 at 7 p.m. National Technical Honor Society induction ceremony 12 students will be inducted.
Saturday, May 6 at 8-11 p.m. the 2017 Apollo prom will take place in the Apollo Commons.
Tuesday, May 9 begins the annual Floral Design and Interiors bedding plant sale. A wide variety of annuals, vegetables and hanging baskets. May 9-12, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Open to the public.

The English Lutheran Church congregation will dedicate its newly renovated worship space during a 3 p.m., Sunday, April 30, service, according to Rev. Kevin Mohr, pastor.
The worship space dedication completes a building and renovation project begun in 2015.

"The worship space plan involved renovating and flipping the orientation of our current sanctuary by 180 degrees, with two new entrances from the new addition, one ramped, into the renovated sanctuary," said Rev. Mohr.
