The following impacts to traffic related to the reconstruction and widening of Interstate 75 through Findlay and Hancock County are scheduled to occur in the coming weeks:
Interstate 75 both northbound and southbound from the area of the Blanchard River (mile marker 159) near Findlay High School to county Road 99 (mile marker 161) is restricted to one lane at times through the work zone during nighttime hours only.
The Bluffton Area Ministerial Association ecumenical Cross Walk ending in the community observance of Good Friday takes place on April 14.
The Cross Walk begins this year at 11:30 a.m. at English Lutheran Church, and proceeds to St. John’s United Church of Christ, Bluffton Presbyterian Church, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, First United Methodist Church, and ends at First Mennonite Church.
The service of worship following the walk begins at noon at First Mennonite.
Greg's Pharmacy, 126 N. Main St., Bluffton, will hold a free health fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, according to Andrea Williams, manager.
Ohio Northern University pharmacy students from the National Community Pharmacist Association (NCPA) will be at Greg's to provide the following free services:
• Cholesterol screening (please fast for 8 hours)
• Bone density screening (osteoporosis)
• Blood glucose tesing (please fast for 8 hours)
• Blood pressure checks

Fran Core will discuss the book “Creatures of the Kingdom,” by James Michener during Monday's “Our Version of Adult Learning” (OVAL) offered by the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center.
The book takes readers into the minds of animals and the world of nature.
The free program open to the public takes place at the Center, 132 N. Main St., at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 10.
Various Bluffton University musical ensembles will come together Friday, April 7, to present the annual Pops Concert at 7:30 p.m. in Founders Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
The Bluffton University Concert Band will perform various selections including a wind band transcription of “Buckaroo Holiday,” music from Aaron Copeland’s ballet “Rodeo.” The band will be led by Dr. Roy Couch and senior music education major Aaron Johnson of Goshen, Ind.
