In 2016 Bluffton Icon viewers clicked on over 1 million pages on the website. To be exact: 1,046,854 pages.

On June 2 the Icon experienced 4,415 viewers, which was the largest number of viewers in a single day in 2016.

Evan McBeath, MD has formed ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio, part of Blanchard Valley Medical Practices. The office is located at 1816 Chapel Drive, Suite G in Findlay. Dr. McBeath provides comprehensive ear, nose and throat care including head and neck surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, ear and hearing surgery, sinus surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, and sleep and snoring surgery (including robotic surgery).

Transition Bluffton will be hosting a talk on energy efficiency and alternative/renewable energy sources by Dan Klear, owner of Superior Energy Solutions, Ottawa. The event is Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room on the third floor of Bluffton town hall.

State Representative Bob Cupp (R-Lima) this week was sworn in as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 132nd General Assembly. He represents the 4thOhio House District, which comprises all of Allen County, for a second term.

BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University women’s basketball team took on Anderson University and pulled out the win as they methodically marched to a 65-48 victory despite a sluggish start. The Beavers improved to 10-2 overall and 4-1 in the Heartland Conference. The Ravens slipped to 5-8 on the season, including a 2-4 mark in the HCAC.

BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University men's basketball team welcomed visiting Anderson University for a Heartland Conference tussle. The Ravens improved to 5-1 with the 81-76 victory on a frigid Saturday, Jan. 7. There were 11 lead changes in the see-saw affair.
