BLUFFTON, Ohio - A pair of Grant Stutzman (Sugarcreek/Hiland) tallies separated by less than three minutes proved to be all Bluffton would need as the Beavers defeated Ohio Christian 2-1 on a beautiful Saturday, Sept. 24. It marked the first home win by the men since Oct. 29, 2014 when Bluffton defeated Mount St. Joseph, 3-2, at the Sears Complex. The Beavers improved to 3-4 on the season, while OCU dropped to 2-6 overall.
HANOVER, Ind. - Less than 12 hours after matches finished on Friday night, teams were in the gym ready to go for day two of the annual HCAC/OAC Crossover. Bluffton was up in the first round of matches to face the Capital Crusaders who they just went five sets with last weekend in Wooster.
The Spencer children donned their pirate attire for the Bluffton High School homecoming parade. They watched from the sidelines and collected candy. From left, Jake, second grade, Miri, kindergarten and Joe, first grade.
Saturday is Bluffton's favorite fall event. It's the 13th annual Bluffton Fall Festival.
All activities are free unless otherwise designated. Food and other items are available for purchase at multiple locations. There will be busses traveling between all locations at scheduled intervals.
