Bluffton's two-day population ranks it a city thanks to the Western Ohio Aquatic League championships held at the Bluffton Community Swimming Pool. The Pandora United Methodist Church will hold a free community meal on Wednesday, July 27 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora. The meal this month is provided by Hilty Home.The menu is chicken croissant sandwich, potato salad, baked beans, potato chips, strawberry shortcake and coffee/punch.
