Riley Creek United Methodist Church invites the community to its annual Christmas Carol Sing on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. The program will feature congregational singing of many traditional carols, as well as readings from Scripture about Jesus’ birth, performances by the Pandora United Methodist Church Choir, Ottawa Sts. Peter and Paul Choir, other musicians, and a candle lighting ceremony.
Bluffton University’s Camerata Singers and University Chorale will headline “A Festival of Lessons and Carols,” the university’s Christmas choral concert, at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, in Yoder Recital Hall.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for senior citizens. They are available online, at http://tickets.bluffton.edu, or in person at the Marbeck Center information desk.
Bluffton's Relay for Life quarter auction and Bingo takes place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 4, in the Bluffton middle school cafetorium.
"We will be playing Bingo and bidding on gifts donated by several home businesses," said Lynda Best.

Several Bluffton area youth participated in a Nov. 21 swim meet, swimming with the Lima YMCA Barracudas swim team, in a competititon with the Putnam County Y.

The Pandora United Methodist Church will hold a free community meall on Wednesday, Dec. 16 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora. The meal this month is provided by Hilty Home Pandora. The menu is BBQ ribs, parsley red potatoes, vegetable, strawberry shortcake and beverage.
