The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce presents "Driving Miss Daisy," at 8 p.m., Saturday, March 9, at The Centre. The performance, by the Van Wert Civic Theatre, is a fundraiser for the chamber.
Tickets are $10 each and are on sale at the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center, Greg's Pharmacy, Village Cut 'n' Curl and at the door on March 9. Tickets will also be available at the chamber breakfast on March 8.
There are no reserved seats. The doors open at 7 p.m.

Several Bluffton lawn and garden experts will provide tips on how to pull it off during the 7 a.m., Friday, March 8, Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast. The free breakfast takes place in the third floor of the Bluffton town hall. It is open to the public.
Luke’s Bar and Grill is the breakfast provider and breakfast sponsor. Serving starts at 7 a.m. and the program starts at 7:30 a.m.
The Bluffton University softball team saw its four-game winning streak to start the season come to an end with a pair of losses to Alvernia and Simpson on Tuesday, March 5, 2013.
A defense that had been solid during the first four games came up short this afternoon as the Beavers finished the day with seven errors, including five in a 9-6 loss to Simpson.
Alvernia put up two unearned runs in the third inning of game one, marking the first time this season that Bluffton trailed in a game.
