Sister of Janet Oriold. Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Edna Wasen; siblings Harold C., Glenn A., Robert H., and Marion Sapp.
The year was 1933 - but actually 1961. A re-enactment of the John Dillinger bank robbery in Bluffton was portrayed in this scene from the Bluffton cenntennial historic pageant.
The pageant at Founders Hall was presented on two evenings during the week. Leland Gerber took this photo during the dress rehearsal. Rudi Steiner, who had just graduated from Bluffton High School that spring, is in the center collecting the loot. George Burkholder, a 1960 (?) BHS grad is on the right.
The Allen County Sheriff's Department received a call at around 7:30 a.m. Thursday from a resident of Bluffton on East College Avenue regarding an individual behaving in a suspicious manner.
Officer Schultz arrived and found a man walking in the area and questioned him learning that he was not a resident of the area.

BFR announced its 2012 winter "Keeping Active" programs, which run now to Feb. 25, according to Carole Enneking, director.
"Be inspired or inspire someone you care about to become more active this winter," she said. "Try out free exercise classes, add walking for exercise, and more more about healthy eating and fitness."
