Friends of the Library fall book sale Sept. 27-Oct. 1
The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library will holds its fall book sale from Thursday to Monday, Sept. 27 to Oct. 1. A special Friends’ member preview will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27 from 5 – 6 p.m. Refreshments will be available during the Friends’ preview.
Book sale hours for the public are Sept. 27 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., Sept. 28 from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sept. 29 from 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., and Oct. 1 from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The sale will be held in the Richland Room on the lower level of the library. Youth Services is also offering a free “make and take” fall craft for the kids on the main floor during regular hours on Saturday, Sept. 29.
Proceeds from the Friends’ activities provide additional support for a variety of invaluable library programs, including early literacy, after school and teen events.
The Friends are accepting donations of newer, popular materials for the sale. Donations of two boxes or less may be left at the library’s circulation desk prior to the sale. For more information, please visit the library or call 419-358-5016.
