Riley Creek Singers, a community theatre group based in Pandora, will stage a production of "The Wizard of Oz" on Aug. 13-15. Open auditions for interested area actors and actresses will be held at the Pandora-Gilboa High School Auditeria on Sunday, June 6, from 4-8 p.m. and Monday, June 7, from 6:30- p.m.

All auditionees will be asked to complete an information sheet and read lines. Only those interested in lead parts will be asked to sing.

Stage director for "The Wizard of Oz" will be Kevin Augsburger. Vocal and orchestra director is Craig Van Renterghem.

The goal of Riley Creek Singers is to promote the musical arts in the Pandora area. The group was organized in 1996 and presents a staged musical every other summer.
