Wayne Welch 1940-2915
Wayne E. Welch, 75, of Mt. Cory died 5:10 a.m. Dec. 12, 2015 at Bridge Hospice, Findlay. Wayne was born May 28, 1940, in Putnam County to the late Mearl E. and Elleen M. Campbell Welch. On July 18, 1970 he married Deborah Walters and she survives.
Wayne was a self-employed small engine repairman. He enjoyed fishing. He was a graduate of Cory-Rawson High School.
Survivors also include a son, Edward L. Welch of McComb, two daughters, Tamara (Michael) Westfall of Troy, Brenda (Amanda Robirds) Welch of Forest, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a sister, Marilyn Wymer of Mt. Cory, and two brothers, Norman (Joyce) Welch of Ada and Nelson (Ann) Welch of Jenera.
Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 10:30 am at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton. Rev. Mark Fuerstenau will officiate. Burial will be in Clymer Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice. Online condolences may be expressed at www.chiles-lamanfh.com
