Surcharges, Shannon Cemetery, Airport, garbage-refuse rates all on Monday's council agenda.
Bluffton council will act on nine pieces of legislation Monday covering everything from surcharges on water and sewers, Shannon Cemetery, Bluffton Airport, garbage and refuse service and pay rates.
Copies of the ordinances involved are part of the council packet, which is an attachment at the bottom of this story.
In other action, Jamie Mehaffie, village administrator, will provide updates on the village west side interceptor and waste water treatment plan project. Bids will go out on May 4 with bid openings May 27.
The second quarter water testing results are returned to the village and Bluffton water is “back in compliance” with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
A village planning commission meeting is set for 8 p.m., Monday, May 9. The purpose of the meeting is to review construction drawings for the Parkview Development that was approved by the planning commission and council in 2007.
