Board of Education meets at 5:30 p.m. on December 12
The Bluffton Exempted Village Schools Board of Education will meet at 5:30 on Monday, December 12, rather than at 7:30 p.m., to accommodate attendance at school concerts later in the evening. Board meetings are held in the Elementary School media center.

- President Pro Tempore for January Organizational meeting.
- Substitute Teacher at $95.00 per day taught: Jared Breece, Sophia Bricker, Mackenzie Jackson, Perry Luhn, Maegan Bouchonville
- Substitute Educational Aides Contract at $12.00 per hour worked: Kim Kirkendall
- Substitute Bus Driver Contract at $17.50 per hour worked: Brian Hilty
- Classified Contract: Jon Jay Stratton – Bus Driver, Step 1, $19.54 Per Hour, 4 Hours Per day. Effective – November 30, 2022
- Students For Other Students Coordinators: Andrew Armstrong, $20.00 per hour worked for a maximum of 60 hours

6. RE-ORGANIZATIONAL/ REGULAR MEETING:
- Annual Bluffton Exempted Village Board of Education re-organizational/regular meeting be set for January ___, 2022 at 7:30 P.M. in the Elementary Media Center.
7. OPEN ENROLLMENT POLICY PLAN
8. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID from Cardinal Bus Sales & Service, Inc., has submitted a bid in the amount of $122,714.00; consistent with the specifications for a new 84 passenger bus;
9. RESOLUTION accepting a bid through the Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Program for the construction of a roof at the 5th grade Wing at the Bluffton Elementary School. Cotterman and Company, Inc., has submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $75,250.00.
10. BOARD REPRESENTATIVE TO APOLLO for a (3) year term of office commencing on January 1, 2023.
