Partial closure of Main St for parapet work (with video)

UPDATED WITH VIDEO__Traffic flowed on the northbound side of Main between Cherry and Vine on Tuesday a.m., Oct. 27, while work was being done on the John Wagner Agency building. The road was fully reopened at about 12:30 p.m.
A time-lapse video of the work is attached below.
