The Bluffton Buccaneers 3rd-4th grade midget football team finished its season unbeatedn at 7-0, according to Mac Davies.

Bluffton High School's volleyball team moved to 5-3 in the Northwest Conference as they defeated Delphos Jefferson 3-0 on Oct. 7.

Game stats follow:

Bluffton won 3-0

The winner of Week 6 of The Icon Football Contest is Chris Boisvert. Two contestants correctly picked 8 contests this week, neither correctly picked Tie-Breaker #1 and Chris was declared the winner by correctly picking Tie-Breaker #2.

Allen East defeated Bluffton High School 39-35 in a Northwest Conference contest at Allen East on Oct. 3.

It was a perfect Friday night homecoming football contest for the Northwest Conference as 1-3 Bluffton host 1-3 Ada and both teams put on a gun show. 

Unfortunately Bluffton could not hold on as Ada takes a 42-41 victory in the last seconds of the game.

After a scoreless 1st quarter, Pirate's Mitchell Ault completed a 25-yard pass to receiver Robbie Stratton for a touchdown. Point after kick by Dylan Alt was good Bluffton was in control 7-0.
