On-street spaces are limited and are especially important for customers who may have health conditions, mobility challenges, or other needs that make closer parking essential.
By parking in the bigger lots, you help ensure that these convenient spots remain available for those who truly depend on them.
FROM FACEBOOK__A new restaurant will be opening at 112 Vine St. on Wednesday, April 22 featuring new recipes from established chef-owner Jonah Agner. In the space that was home to Agner's Greenhorn restaurant, he is introducing Pizza Arcadia, "a pizza shop that rocks a sourdough-based New York-style pie along with salads, beer, wine and cocktails. We'll be adding to the menu as we go, and for now are focusing on producing a top-notch quality artisan pizza."
The new restaurant features a fresh look in the dining room, with new lighting, tables and chairs.
A free monthly networking opportunity called The Business Collective has been created at 1861 Wine Lounge by promoter Kiley Rutzler. On Thursday, April 2, some 20 business owners and managers attended with casual networking, introductions and a presentation by Nicole Scott of the Small Business Development Center at Rhodes State.
The networking opportunity will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month at 115 N. Main St. Participants received a follow-up email with contact information for others who attended.
