Here are the Fall Festival kiddie tractor pull champs!

Over 40 youth, ages 12 and under, competed in the Maple Crest kiddie tractor pull during the Bluffton Fall Festival in late September.

In Class 1, (the lighter-weight class), Luke Ginther won first place, Nick Lovett was second, and Connor McKean was third.

In Class 2, Eden Nygaard won first place, Lane Wildermuth was second, and Hunter Kuhbander was third.

BFR "Stick to it" special membership offer ends Oct. 16; lots of indoor options now available

With changes in weather, BFR Sports & Fitness staff welcome area individuals and families to come inside for activity. BFR offers recreation passes and full memberships for access to the facility.

Recreation passes may be purchased in blocks of 10 visits ($30) or as a Family Rec Pass ($150 per year). Rec Passes offer access to the indoor track, gymnasium and arena during hours unscheduled for BFR programs.

Steinmetz Field to host OHSAA Division III girls' soccer sectional

Bluffton High School is host to an OHSAA Division III girls' soccer sectional. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, and Saturday, Oct. 19. Games are played at Steinmetz Field.

Teams in the sectional are Cory-Rawson, Ada, Allen East, Bluffton, Van Buren,and Liberty Benton.

Bluffton University hosts Division IV volleyball sectional

Bluffton University is host to the OHSAA Division IV girls' volleyball sections on Oct. 15 and 17. Teams competing include Arcadia, Van Buren, Pandora-Gilboa, Riverdale, McComb, Cory-Rawson and North Baltimore.
