University volleyball team plays Santa's helper at MMH

Members of the Bluffton University volleyball team

Mennonite Memorial Home had some great volunteers from the Bluffton Universityvolleyball team on Nov. 30, according to Mary Ann Ring.

"For the third year in a row, Coach Steve Yarnell's team has given an evening to decorating several areas of MMH. The team assembled, strung lights and decorated four trees," said Ring

"They also decorated several dining rooms and hung yards and yards of garland. Their help is invaluable in getting MMH in the holiday spirit," according to Ring.

Letter: Julie Rayis from Columbus

Bluffton Icon:

What a pleasure to see your site! Reading about the Blaze made me sorry to have missed it and pledge to put it on the calendar for next year!

Our Oscar Velasquez print of the Blaze hangs proudly in our home at Christmas as we tell visitors all about it! It's one of our happiest Bluffton memories since moving to Columbus 8 years ago.

Thanks for the many Bluffton clippings among our archives. They are getting new press as we prepare scrapbooks for graduations.

ZT means...or used to mean Pandora

411 ZT

This one's a classic in anyone's book. ZT stands for Pandora in an older Ohio license plate system. You'll find this plate on a Cadillac driven by Grover Geiger, Jr., of Pandora, of course.
