A well-traveled Bluffton exit and entrance will force many persons who use Columbus Grove Road to change their driving habits. The bridge on Grove Road over Little Riley will close on Monday for a six-week upgrade. The westbound lane closed last week. The bridge was originally scheduled to be closed last week but that was delayed. In the next photo, taken by Rob Young, a county employee is removing "support" stone.
