“This is the 10th year for BFR’s Keeping Active program and we hope that the greater Bluffton area will join in to be healthier and more active in 2014,” said Enneking. “As a non-profit organization, BFR takes its mission of community health very seriously.”

The Keeping Active program offers something for everyone:
• free days to use the indoor track,
• free family and youth activities as well as,
• fitness classes for adults of all fitness levels,

Most of the activities will be held at the BFR facility located at 215 Snider Road, Bluffton. A full schedule of activities is available at the building, from area business locations as well as on the web site www.bfronline.com.
