Interstate 75 southbound ramps at Bluelick Road will be closed for one day each for sealing of bridge decks. The closures will occur generally from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day according to the following schedule. Work is being performed by the ODOT roadway services department:

Exit ramp from Interstate 75 southbound to Bluelick Road will close July 11.

Entrance ramp from Bluelick Road to Interstate 75 southbound will close July 12

Thayer Road on the south side of state Route 309 will be closed beginning July 10 for three days for a culvert replacement. Then beginning July 13, Thayer Road on the north side of state Route 309 will be closed for approximately two days, also for culvert replacement.  Traffic on state Route 309 will not be affected. Work is being performed by the ODOT Allen County maintenance garage.

Bridge Work over I-75
Interstate 75, and also Bentley Road and Napoleon Road will be affected during bridge deck replacements on Napoleon Road over Interstate 75, Beaverdam, and Bentley Road over Interstate 75, Bluffton. The following are upcoming impacts related to the project:

Napoleon Road
Napoleon Road bridge over I-75 closed May 22 for approximately four months.

Traffic detoured onto Sugar Creek Road, Swaney Road and Lincoln Highway (state Route 696) back to Napoleon Road.

The northbound exit ramp from Interstate 75 to Napoleon Road closed May 30 for four months.

Traffic detoured north on Interstate 75, east on Lincoln Highway (state Route 696), south on Swaney Road and west on Sugar Creek Road back to Napoleon Road; or west onto Lincoln Highway (state Route 696) back to S. West Street in Beaverdam.

The entrance ramp to Interstate 75 southbound from Napoleon Road will remain open.

Motorists traveling northbound on Interstate 75 wishing to access state Route 696 are advised to do so via exit 135 (state Route 696/U.S. 30) at Beaverdam. No access to state Route 696 from Interstate 75 northbound at the Napoleon Road exit will be available.

Bentley Road (exit 140)
Two bridges on Bentley Road at exit 140 (one over Interstate 75 and one over the railroad north of Interstate 75) closed June 5 for approximately four months.

Both the southbound entrance and exit ramps at Bentley Road also closed on June 5 for four months.

Interstate 75 northbound traffic will be detoured to the state Route 103 (exit 142) interchange back to Bentley Road.

Interstate 75 southbound traffic is advised to access Bentley Road via the state Route 103 interchange (exit 142) and follow state Route 103 through Bluffton back to Bentley Road.

The northbound ramps at the interchange remain open; however, left turns onto Bentley Road from northbound Interstate 75 are not permitted.

Interstate 75
Interstate 75 both northbound and southbound will be periodically reduced to one lane at times beneath both the Napoleon Road and Bentley Road bridge structures during certain operations related to construction.

Lane closures will occur sporadically and are expected to occur mostly during daytime hours but some nighttime closures may occur.

Putnam County
State Route 12 between Pandora and the Hancock County line will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for removal of pavement reflectors in preparation for tarring and chipping of the roadway. Work is being performed by the ODOT Putnam County maintenance garage.
