The team ran its winning streak to three games with a sweep of Baruch College on March 8. Bluffton took game one, 6-3, and capped off the night with an 8-4 victory just over 12 hours before the Beavers will kick off their final day at the Gene Cusic Classic.

The team dropped a pair of games to FDU-Florham (14-9 and 10-3) on their final day in the Sunshine State on March 9. Bluffton fell to 5-6 on the season, while Florham improved to 2-1.

Softball|
PLANT CITY, Fla. - The Bluffton University women's softball team lost a heartbreaker in game one as it took nine innings to finish, but eventually Muskingum won the game 7-6 after two innings of the international tie-breaker. Game two saw Penn St.-Behrend hold on for the 9-5 victory. The Beavers are now 2-6 on the season heading into their final day in Florida.

The squad had a rough final day, dropping both games en route to a 2-8 mark as the Beavers head back to Ohio. St. John Fisher defeated the Beavers 8-2 in game one, and game two was much of the same story as Ohio Northern defeated Bluffton 11-2 in five innings.
