BFR Adult Sand Volleyball league registration

The BFR Coed Open (Over 18) Sand Volleyball league will play June 9-July 14, 2022 at Southgate Lanes, 9700 N. Dixie Hwy.

Team fee is $300.00.

Scoring

Rally scoring will be used.

There will be a point scored on every score of the ball.

Offense will score on a defensive miss or out of bounds hit.

BFR High School Sand Volleyball registration

The BFR is coordinating a round-robin High School Sand Volleyball league that will play June 7-July 12. Team Fee is $300.00.

League play is at Southgate Lanes, 9700 N. Dixie Highway.

BFR-Southgate Lanes cornhole tournament registration

Register by April 24 / Tournament April 30

Bluffton Family Recreation and Southgate Lanes are collaborating on a cornhole tournament to be held at the bowling alley, 9700 N Dixie Hwy, at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30.

The double elimination tournament is $50 per team with prizes for first and second places. Registration deadline is April 24.

Shifferly Road Band and BFR host benefit concert

At 7 p.m. on April 22, BFR and Shifferly Road are teaming up for a benefit concert with all proceeds going to the family of Officer Dominic Francis. The event will include raffles, 50/50, silent bake auction and Romick Railway rides.

This is a family friendly event (no alcohol) with admission being a donation at the door. There will be a staffed childrens activity area provided by BFR.

Musicians joining the band will include Texas Two Band, George Baldridge, John Tadena & Crew.

BFR summer camp registration for May 31-June 24 sessions

Bluffton Family Recreation, 215 Snyder Rd., is taking registrations for summer day camp at https://bfronline.com/register/

The opportunity is described as "a full day experience, designed with a wide range of activities guaranteed to expand your child’s horizons. Kids have fun while making new friends, developing new skills, learning core values, building self-confidence and growing in self-reliance.
