BFR's newest summer program: Camp Laffalot

Bluffton Family Recreation offers Camp Laffalot, a new camp this summer, and registration is now underway, according to Joseph Beagle director.

 Camp Laffalot will be held at BFR, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, July 10-14.

Register on line by May 7 at www.laffalotcamps.com using promo code 7FOR7 and receive $7 off the registration fee.

“Laffalot Summer Camp offers kids 6-12 years old a week of fun activities that will leave them smiling, exhausted and ecstatic,” said Beagle.

Here's BFR's Session III indoor soccer team champs

Bluffton Family Recreation recently completed its tournament for Session III of its indoor soccer leagues.

League champs are:

• Abcde FC - Adult Recreational League champs
• Logan's Irish Pub - Adult Competitive League champs
• Nester - High School champs
• U 15 - Bluffton Black
• U 10 - U 12 - Bluffton White

Registration ending soon on three popular spring BFR programs

Adult indoor soccer league, 4th-6th grade volleyball, U6 soccer

Registration ends soon for three popular Bluffton Family Recreation spring programs, according to Joseph Beague, BFR director.

Here’s the details:

Adult competitive and recreational
indoor soccer leagues

Registration deadline: Sunday, March 26
League dates: April 2 - April 30
   (skip Easter Sunday weekend April 16th)
Time: Sundays from noon-9 p.m.
   (subject to change)
Cost: $360 per team
This is only a 4-week session unlike the other 5-week sessions.

BFR adult only indoor soccer league sign-up underway

Games played from April 2 to 23

Bluffton Family Recreation announces that Session IV indoor adult soccer registration is underway.

League play is from Sunday, April 2, to Sunday, April 23, and each team will play a total of four games. All games are played at BFR.

BFR 4th-5th-6th grade volleyball camp sign-up underway

Saturday mornings from March 25 to April 29

Bluffton Family Recreation is accepting registration for a volleyball camp for youth in fourth, fifth and sixth grades, according to Joseph Beagle, BFR director.

The camp is held at BFR from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturdays from March 25 to April 29. Registration may be made online at www.bfronline.com

Camp costs are $50 for non-members and $40 for BFR members. The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 22.

Youth NFL Flag Football offered for 7-to-10-year-olds

Ready for NFL Flag Football?

Bluffton Family Recreation sign-up for the sport, offered to youth 7 to 10, is underway, according to Joseph Beagle, BFR director.

The season goes from Saturday, March 25, to Saturday, May 6. Games are Saturdays at 9 a.m. at BFR, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton.

The registration fee by Sunday, March 19, is $60 for non-BFR members and $50 for BFR members. Registration fee after March 19 is $65 each.
