Babies born at Bluffton Hospital March 5 - March 30

The following are babies born at Bluffton Hospital March 5 through March 30.

March 5 - Cheyenne Harper Rodabaugh, daughter of Joe and Dawn Rodabaugh, 8 pounds and 12 ounces, 21 inches long.

March 11 - Luke Michael Lepley, son of Travis and Kelly Lepley, 8 pounds and 10 ounces, 20 inches long.

March 11 - Rebekah Ariel Bowermaster, daughter of Echo and Adam Bowermaster, 5 pounds and 15 ounces, 19 inches long.

April has a shower of events in Bluffton schools

April is a busy month for Bluffton school students. Here's a capsule of events taken from the high school, middle school and elementary school websites.

Bluffton High School

Spanish Club: The Spanish club will meet at Tu Pueblo on Tuesday, April 9th at 6:00. Also, ALL MEMBERS are asked to meet in the Spanish room THIS FRIDAY 4/5 at the beginning of 5A to order tshirts and to discuss upcoming events. This will be a very quick meeting. Gracias!!

Here's the results from junior high solo and ensemble contest

Bluffton junior musicans performed very well at the late March solo and ensemble contest held at Elida High School. 

The results are on an attachment at the bottom of this story.

Cary Grant returns at the public library at 1 p.m. Thursday

Cary Grant returns to the Bluffton Public Library on Thursday, April 4.

His return is at 1 p.m. in the showing of the classic film “My Favorite Wife.” It’s the second of a three-part Carey Grant classic film festival sponsored by the library. The final movie in the series is May 2 with  “Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House.”
